1. Subject of Processing

The Data Controller processes personal and identifying data (for example, name, surname, email, hereinafter, “personal data” or “data”) provided by you when completing, confirming and subsequently submitting the contact form on this website.

2. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data are processed only with your specific and distinct consent (arts. 23 and 130 Privacy Code and art. 7 GDPR), for the following purposes:

To send you an email response to your specific requests submitted through the contact form.

3. Processing Methods and Data Retention Period

The Data Controller will process personal data submitted through the contact form for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above. Data will not be stored in any electronic or paper archive and will therefore be deleted.

Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in point 2 to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as persons in charge and/or internal data processors and/or system administrators.

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of data concerning them, even if not yet communicated, and to receive such data in an intelligible form. The data subject has the right to request from the Data Controller access to personal data, integration, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing concerning them, or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), following the procedures and instructions published on the official website at www.garanteprivacy.it.
